Now, let these two looks serve as a mini fashion PSA for everyone out there. DO pair a chambray shirt with skinny jeans in a darker shade. DO use accessories like blue single-strap sandals and a chain belt to elevate the look. DON'T knock Miley's second ensemble upon first sight. It's pulled straight from the Ashish spring-summer 2014 runway collection, so while replicating this look may not be wise, it kind of makes for an insane-in-the-best-way-possible costume.
