Yesterday in Los Angeles, busy actress and Honest Company founder
Jessica Alba left the kiddies at home for a red carpet appearance, which doubled as date night out.
And she gave us some inspiration on how to make a
cozy sweatshirt work for an evening with the SO.
Granted,
our style crush's oatmeal-hued top is this season's hot and very coveted
Kenzo
embroidered tiger sweatshirt, so points there. But she made the piece
into a dressy top by tucking it into a leather pencil skirt for a
waist-defining silhouette. Then Jessica loaded up on bold accessories: a
Valentino
rock stud clutch in forest green, stacks of gold-detailed bracelets and
rings, and a gilded statement necklace. All in all, the perfect
breezy-chic date-night outfit (and oh so comfy, I bet).
