The Kate Moss Documentary We've All Been Waiting for Is Coming

This month, Kate Moss, one of the supermodel-iest of supermodels, will turn 40. To celebrate this landmark birthday, French television station Paris Premiere will air an exclusive documentary—all about Moss's life and career—called Looking for Kate on January 12.

From the moment she was discovered in an airport by Sarah Doukas of London's legendary Storm Models, the 5'7" (pint-size by conventional high-fashion modeling standards) Moss shot to the top of the industry, landing campaigns for brands including Calvin Klein (she was exclusive to Klein for years), Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, and Prada. We're hard-pressed to name a luxury catwalk or top magazine she hasn't graced with her presence and visage.

But while her face is omnipresent in our fashion lives, and her exploits splashed across the pages of tabloids, especially over the past few years, we've yet to see a documentary about her life.
According to a report in Vogue Paris, "the documentary will delve into some of the darker aspects of the woman whose face is known all over the world but whose story remains shrouded in mystery."
We can't wait! Can someone in France tape this for us?
Looking for Kate will premiere on Paris Premiere at 11 A.M. on January 12.
