The Duchess showed up in Adelaide today in a blush pink V-neck, three-quarter-length-sleeve top, and matching pleated knee-length skirt. Simple jewelry (including pink pearl earnings and a matching necklace, a Cartier watch, and that stunning sapphire ring) plus nude heels finished the outfit.

And dare I say, the Duchess of Cambridge looks HOT. Not sure what the Queen thinks of this above-the-knee, figure-flattering, off-the-rack frock, but I really like it. Plus, those of you who prefer seeing Kate in her more modern, younger, and shorter fare will be happy to see this look.

Exciting news! Chelsea Clinton is pregnant and having her first child this fall!...

Chelsea announce the happy news this afternoon at the Girls: A No Ceilings Conversation event she co-hosted with her mother, Hillary Rodham Clinton. Chelsea and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, have been married since 2010.

According to Politico, she said, "Marc and I are very excited that we have our first child arriving later this year and I certainly feel all the better whether it's a girl or a boy that she or he will grwo up n a world full of so many strong young female leaders, so thank your for inspiring me and inspiring future generations including the one that we'll be lucky enough to welcome into our family later this year. I just hope that I will be as good a mom to my child.... as my mother was to me."

Kate Middleton Does a Ponytail

Kate Middleton put her perfect hair in a perfect ponytail yesterday at a wreath-laying service at a war memorial in New Zealand, and, of course, the whole thing was perfect.

The ponytail itself was smooth and tight, but there are two noteworthy things to discuss:
1)Her ends are slightly flippy so the "tail" looks extra full.
2)A rather substantial lock of hair was wrapped around the holder, holding it our from her head quite a bit. It was simple, but all very Duchess Catherine. A royal ponytail indeed.
