Model of the Week : Tom Gaskin

Tom Gaskin

d1 Model Management
Place of Origin:
Norfolk, England
Ethnic Origin:
How discovered:
I go to The Circus Space, a circus training facility in Hoxton in London, and I was on my lunch break and Emma and Dean [from d1] spotted me from across the road then caught up with me in the coffee shop and asked me if I was a model and gave me a business card.
Favorite things:
Probably being on stage, riding my bike and hanging out with mates.
Favorite music, band:
I’ve got a lot of time for Scroobius Pip at the minute, and a tune called ‘Bullets’ by Tunng but I’ll always listen to Elvis, Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd.
Favorite movie, tv show:
Judd Apatow and Adam McKay films always make me laugh;  my favorite movie would have to be a Buster Keaton silent movie called “The General”
Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
Nivea moisturiser
What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
I would be performing a juggling act in the Hippodrome circus this summer.

What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
Too much to mention really, juggling probably tops the list.

Favorite modeling experience so far?
Everything has happened pretty quickly, I think meeting and working with Mr. Joe McKenna for Alexander McQueen and Jil Sander.

What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
Living near the beach.
Place you would love to visit:
I would love to go to Africa, there is so much I would like to see there.

Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
This week , pastries and croissants, can’t get enough. However I suffer from a life long obsession with shoes and the Circus.
